Rivertown Treasure Chest does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any items we sell. 

Please inspect all items before taking them home. We carry many vintage items and handmade merchandise that may have imperfections and look like defects. These are not defects and result from the manufacturing process or reflect normal wear and tear. Most of the furniture we carry is antique, previously owned, up-cycled, handmade or refinished. Imperfections might appear to be defects, however they are characteristics of wear or are an artist’s creation.

Clothing might lose color upon washing or dry cleaning. Please follow the care instructions.  Sizes of garments are only for reference and might not be standard. You are responsible for checking the actual size of the garment by trying it on and making sure that it fits. No exchanges or returns are allowed.

Exceptions:  We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you buy an item and want to return it, you may do so no later than 7 days from the time of purchase for store credit and in the condition it was purchased. However, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
