Debbie is one of the owners of the award-winning RTC in Antioch and her super power is her leadership skills. She runs a tight ship.
Her motto is, “If you can’t find it here, you don’t need it!”
To say that she’s passionate about her collectibles stores is an understatement. Debbie wakes up thinking about RTC and ends her day the same way!
She’s no stranger to management. She’s been telling people what to do since she started working. And she’s good at what she does. She’s worked her way up the ranks in every job she’s ever had. For 17 years she was an auto parts distributor in San Leandro, CA. and for 18 years she worked at Wells Fargo Corporate Headquarters.
She personally collects Betty Boop, Day of the Dead, and fairy statues.
Fun fact—Debbie loves to play pool. Her father taught her on Sundays when she was supposed to be in church.
Toni is the other owner. She’s the quiet one.
She’s been collecting all her life and is a “ picker” at heart. She grew up in Concord in a family that cherished antiques and collected vintage and collectible items they found at auctions, garage sales, and thrift shops, or inherited from family or friends.
She collects glass, vintage toys, records, and knick-knacks.
Toni enjoys working with customers and her philosophy is that nothing is set in stone.
